FIRSTAR Therapy shipping details:

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING IN CANADA AND COURIER SERVICES OUTSIDE CANADA:

• Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post for all deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across Canada. Shipping outside of Canada will be delivered based on the carrier that best suits your location.
• All packages will be delivered to the address indicated on your order that was entered into the purchase page of our website.
• In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this allotted  time frame of the delivery service, it will be sent back to FIRSTAR Therapy with the option to reship at your cost
• Express and Priority shipping are usually available at an additional cost.

DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME: Orders are only shipped on weekdays. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your area and based on potential timing delays of the carrier.

At this time, please expect delivery delays as postal services experience much higher demand than normal across the country and globally due to COVID-19. We are all working hard to ship items as fast and as safely as possible!

FIRSTAR Therapy Refund Policy

 Due to the nature of our courses, retreats, workshops and other products, FIRSTAR Therapy does not offer refunds.

The only exception to this policy is in the event that a course, event, retreat or workshop is cancelled due to COVID-19 government shut-downs.
